Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Online orders cannot be returned at park locations for a refund. Please note all custom or personalized orders are final.

Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the order date. Exchanges are applicable to items with multiple colors or sizes only. Exchanges will not be processed if the item is used, worn, or damaged.

Please include the item(s), packing slip, contact information, and a note with the color or size you would like to exchange for. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Exchanges are generally processed and shipped within 10 business days.
